How We Package Your Cards

At Deck Forge, we take care to ensure your cards arrive safely and in the condition described.

Protection First

All single cards are packaged using:

  • Protective sleeves

  • Top loaders or rigid protection

  • Secure sealing to prevent movement

Order Packaging

Depending on your order, we use:

  • Reinforced envelopes

  • Padded mailers

  • Additional protective materials for higher-value orders

Shipping Options

We offer both tracked and untracked shipping options.

Tracked shipping provides visibility and added security, especially for higher-value orders.

For untracked shipping, please note that investigation options are limited if an order is lost in transit. We strongly recommend tracked shipping for higher-value orders.

Important Information

  • Orders are handled carefully and packaged to minimise risk during transit

  • Delivery is handled by third-party carriers

  • Risk in goods passes to you upon receipt, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law

  • Photos of the packaging and items

We will assess the situation and resolve it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
