2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.


3. Shipping Options

We offer a range of shipping methods at checkout, which may include:

5. Delivery and Risk

Delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

Risk in goods passes to you upon actual receipt of your order.

Delays or losses caused by carriers may occur outside our control, but this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


6. Untracked Shipping โ€” Important Notice

If you select untracked shipping:

  • We are unable to track your parcel once dispatched

  • We are unable to lodge investigations with the carrier

  • Delivery confirmation may not be available

You acknowledge that selecting untracked shipping means we have limited ability to investigate or confirm delivery if an issue arises.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for higher-value orders.


7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at:

  • For tracked orders: we will assist by lodging an investigation with the carrier

  • For untracked orders: investigation options are limited, but we will review the situation and assist where possible

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and supporting evidence (e.g. photos of packaging and items)

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
