If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item(s)

We’ll assess the issue and resolve it in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

For tracked orders, we can investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

For untracked orders, please note that investigation options are limited, as there is no tracking available to confirm delivery. We still review all cases and will assist where possible.


❗ Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
